Tried to install your Pc suite from the disk that came with my unit. It doesn't work. Tried to register my unit on the website, It doesn't work Thought I could download Pc suite from the website, Can't find it. The AL 619 is a replacement for my old AA101. I loved my old scanner except for the fact there were no available updates for it due to the shortage of memory in the unit. hopefully someone can help me to get the Pc suite working so I can check for updates.
